Insulated tumbler

Tumbler
I hmmm and hahhh-ed over these a while ago and I was a little disappointed when I didn’t see any on their shelves when I got there before starting work at Napier. Felt so silly asking the barista and she casually pointed to basket in front of counter, “You meant these ones?”
:shy:

Then of course came the part where I need to decide – plain green or candy cane straw??

Shaping up

by FeR on October 26, 2010 in looking around

Walking
Finally took the new shoes out for a walk.
Mom got me these “Shape-ups” from Skechers and apart from the trying-on for size, I’ve not taken them out yet. Didn’t feel too different from normal trainers, though.

When I got to work and changed into work shoes, it did feel a little weird and much “flatter”. I guess it is doing something (?).

Walking
The blooms are falling and scattered like confetti on the ground.

Walking
Looking up to see Spring is indeed here (also a lot of people have been coming in for antihistamines :pfft: )

Everyday

by FeR on October 16, 2008 in looking around, work

Sky
The clouds were looking quite pretty today.

Petals on ground
Strong winds made the flowers lose their petals…

Lolly!
Myrtle and Anton going off for their 3 weeks’ break – wedding and honeymoon period.
She went out for her afternoon tea break and came back with a bag of lollies, individual little paper bags for every one of us.

Lolly!
I saved mine till I got home. :P

Look up!

September 12, 2008

The botak tree at the corner of the street is now in full bloom. I like the contrast of colour between the blossoms and the blue, blue sky. (Whole lot of pictures on what’s happening “up there” – you’ve been warned.) Tweet

After the rain, the sun will shine again…

July 20, 2008

But when it shines when it’s still raining, you get a pretty sight! …the other half of it, though not as distinct as the first picture. Hanging on the line, literally. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! Tweet
