Not quite 5am, this is me walking to U.Hong’s place at near 530am. Apparently they weren’t quite ready to go yet and I’m kind of glad because I left the 肉乾 at home.

The best of nasi lemak had to be these packet ones!

We’re leaving for Penang at 5am later and I’m still up.
By the time I got home from JJ’s and showered, it was about 1230am. Spent some time paying off some bills (two had outstanding balance and one of them is nearly RM300 to pay!) and doing some other banking matters.
It’s really difficult to let go of Phoebe because she’s my first very own, big commitment. I’ve JUST settled the last payment and have to go collect the release letter from KL. I feel like it’s a shame to let her go but if one is to take a pragmatic approach, it’s the best thing because I’m hardly here.
It’s just a number plate, FeR…let it go. You can get personalized plates in NZ, so it’s not difficult to get the same “number”. Same goes to your things in your room. And it’s just a room with four walls, you can get a room anywhere. Bring you books, it’ll be okay. The piano is a bit trickier because it belongs to both you and her – of course you wouldn’t want to see it go but if there is no choice, it’s better to let it go than to let it rot at home when you know Malaysia is notorious for having high humidity.
Why must I be so sentimental and FEEEEEEEEELING.
*sigh*
It’s the festive season and I’m depressing myself. I’d better pack my bag for Penang now.

My uncle+family didn’t plan to go back to Penang this year but at the last minute, they decided that we could do with a up-down trip (mom was keen to go and if it wasn’t for U.Hong, we’d have to figure out a way to go to Penang ourselves next week). They had to be back by Friday because they’ve got plans and that suited me very well because I was going to meet up with the girls that day. Ah! Problem and travel settled.

My cousins and their electronic toys.

Slept in and woke up in time for brunch.

Had half-boiled eggs with toast. Yum!!!
After sending dad to HospitalMawar, I met up with korkor at Senawang. They wanted to meet somewhere where they could just go back on the highway towards JB and since it’s just the 2nd day of CNY, I doubt any Chinese eateries would be open. Guess where we went?

Mama very “旺”!

*hehe*
No complaints about having lunch here.

Second’s day dinner not too exciting as dad didn’t want to have leftovers and he didn’t want to cook after dialysis. It’s okay, chicken rice is good for me.

Went to drop off JoFo’s presents at her house.
Dear, blur friend. Was expecting a different initial reaction from her when she looked into the paper bag, but it’s okay. It’s very JoFo.

This photo had a funny story behind it. When I asked her mom to help take a picture, I must’ve muffled my question because she replied, “Aiyor! Don’t want to take picture now lah. So chan.”
I was a bit taken back because I thought, “Wah! We look that bad meh?”
Went to U.Hong’s place after and thus, the second day of CNY sneaked past me.

I had a few things I felt like I wanted/had to do on this day – go back to Seremban for service, go back to Seremban to spend time at home, stay back in Subang – but I could only do so much and I HAD to choose. I chose to stay in Subang in the morning and go back home to Seremban at noon.

Breakfast is served!

Went to U.Hong’s place and here he is, serenading his wife on Valentine’s Day.
*haha*

My aunt looking quite lum-ed.
