One thing I DO NOT MISS is the traffic jam. I spent ONE hour trying to get into the car park at MidValley only to drive out after 5 seconds because of the superb layout of the Premier car park. Not impressed!
When I FINALLY got a park and went to meet the girls, I was absolutely fuming! I know, I’m bad at handling my anger and it shows.
LiMay said that Grant told her that when I arrive, he would give me a hug. When LiMay saw my face (and also from the texts that I sent her, I guess), she told Grant it’s not a good idea to touch me because I may just throw out a punch. *heh!*

Sze-Mien with her (apparently) second ThomasSabo charm. LiMay and I got her a credit card one.

So happy giving out 红包 – I think this is our first one from you? Or is it second? It’s been soooooooo long since I last saw you.

Carrot cake and grapefruit juice.
I was so hungry (hungry and angry is a bad combination!) because I didn’t get to have lunch – I went to KL to collect my car grant and the release letter.

LiMay and Grant.

No, they weren’t doing anything indecent. No idea why was everyone was looking at them.

Right below the sun roof.

A group photo.
Clockwise: FeR, Siow, LiMay, Kohpu, Sze-Mien.

In 2008, Ethan was still growing in her belly!

Ethan’s companion – white rat. *hehe*
I waited for quite a while for Ethan’s return (Siow’s sister and brother took him to the play pen) so I could see Siow’s little prince in person. Mom also turned up while Siow was feeding Ethan and said “hello” to all my friends – so the friendly.

I had to put mom’s luggage away in the car and told the rest of them that I will meet them later. Siow was leaving with her siblings after feeding Ethan.

Probably not the best angle of Siow but can’t resist putting this up – look at Ethan. Awwww!

*sniff sniff*
“Yes, I think he’s mine.”

He’s not dozing off, just looking at the iPhone screen that Siow put in front of him.

See?

MommaSiow in action.

Looking rather serious with his pursed lips.
I got to see Siow+Ethan for one last time when I got back from the car park and I even got a goodbye kiss from the young charmer. *bangga!*

“Jo, you want this one?”

We said the last one to arrive would foot the bill…

The hiao and the pissed.

“Cannot share!”
Inside joke. *hehe*

Sze-Mien: Glee!
Kohpu: *maintain*

This is when all our orders were delivered. Full table!
There was only one ever-ready-for-photo-snaps person in our group. Guess who?

FongLye
Macam bagus – the name of this restaurant has parts my best/close friends’ names (not the Chinese characters, though).

The “sultry” (the pout) and the cheeky.

Cracking the Monopoly.
After all the effort of sorting the money out…we found out we had too little money for us to survive the game (not enough $100 bills) – so we switched to Taboo. Kohpu didn’t want to play (I think? I hope it wasn’t because we kicked her out! *gasp*) so we had team Malaysia and team NZ.

Who starts first?
The most primitive way to settle a dispute.

What is Hoey trying to sell?
*hehe*
The only thing I remembered from that game was…
Sze-Mien: French food!
JoFo/Hoey: Escargot!
Sze-Mien: No, simpler.
Hoey: Asparagus!!!
(The rest of us:
and at this point we were ROARING with laughter!)
JoFo: French onion soup!
I forgot what was the actual word Sze-Mien was trying to describe. Anyone else remembered other words? I know we were laughing lots but I couldn’t (for the life of me) think of what was so funny then.
We stopped the game when our scores were tied. Better not push it, things could have gotten ugly.

The girls.

Take note of Hoey.

Close up.

One more?

Sze-Mien: “This is such hard work!”

FeR: “Ready or not?” *snap*

Okayenoughthanksbye.
We left at near 11pm (I talked about leaving at 1030pm because poor mom! In Subang but her luggage in my car at MV – how is she going to freshen up and all?), exchanging hugs and formal hand shakes (with Grant) *haha*
It was a good get-together, I wonder when would we be able to meet up like this again? Miss you girls already!
