My uncle+family didn’t plan to go back to Penang this year but at the last minute, they decided that we could do with a up-down trip (mom was keen to go and if it wasn’t for U.Hong, we’d have to figure out a way to go to Penang ourselves next week). They had to be back by Friday because they’ve got plans and that suited me very well because I was going to meet up with the girls that day. Ah! Problem and travel settled.

Then, the older ones had dinner together.
I had to excuse myself after dinner to go to JJKwan’s place. I couldn’t stay for too long because we planned to push off for Penang at 5am the next day – I wanted to go because it’s the last time I’d see Poreiz this trip and also because I don’t want to be left out (gathering at JJKwan’s are usually late at night – which I can afford and had control over – I’m a night owl!). Anyway, it’s this week or never because it’s back to work/school for everyone else next week – no more game nights!

I thought I fixed this photo’s colour but…presenting, OrangeHazel!

It was a bigger group tonight but unfortunately they all started coming by at 10pm onwards…just when I was supposed to leave.

Oooo…whose fingers are those?

As the night progressed, the crowd grew and became livelier…unfortunately I had to leave. I was so reluctant. Don’t get me wrong, I am excited to go to Penang as well but why did all these events have to end up in such timing?
Oh well, c’est la vie! Bye Poreiz – hope to be able to visit you in HK again!
