Back to civilisation!
When some people told me that it was nightmare to drive in Auckland, I thought to myself, “If I can drive in KL and Penang, I should be okay.”
It wasn’t too bad – back to roads with more than one lane!!! Yay!
Not too far more to go!
I didn’t get to take a picture when I picked LiMay up in front of Westfield because I didn’t have the luxury of time (besides, I stopped at a no-stopping-zone *haha*).
Slightly late due to weather (and losting, of course) and because LiMay got her bus time mixed up – she arrived an hour earlier!
No pressure…
To make up for it, I took a picture of LiMay in the airport while waiting for Eiz!
Got to the airport just in time to get a text from Eiz saying she’s arrived – we were looking for a park at that time.
After much contemplation (thus the delay in starting my journey to Rotorua – also because I’m a last minute packed. ), I’ve decided to leave Monkau and MacFeR behind.
Too many things to worry about if I bring them along – I will miss them but I will be back.
I think Monkau needs MacFeR for some ongoing project of his as well, so I guess he’d be happy to not have to share with me.
2 more days of work before my week off!
Can’t wait for it and yet I’m afraid of it at the moment. I took a look at GoogleMaps again and thought, “Oh my! What have I signed up for?!!”
From being really gung-ho to being apprehensive about my solo drive.
I think we will have to settle for seeing/doing less things so that we can ENJOY the holiday, rather than to rush plenty into a short span of time – I need rest.
After work, walked to the store near us and zipzap! 2 seconds, screen says “Approved” and out goes the cash.

P/S: Tumpang glamer jer…I did not strike lottery (or lotto, as they call it here) and the phone is not mine. Temporarily in my care (well, technically, maybe it is mine but not mine to use) until I hand it over in exchange for cash.
1. Woke up and got a very upsetting email.
2. Rang mom to have a quick chat.
3. Wasn’t too excited about coffee and it went down the sink after 3 sips.
4. Toasts were eaten but not tasted (no thanks to upsetting email)
5. Didn’t have anything to eat till I got home (after 9pm)
6. Two cookies saved from last week are still here.
7. Found Bobo’s parcel on the GROUND! Mail was flung over gate.
8. Realised I need to get eyebrows shaped again.
9. Confused about whether I should be excited about break (due to email)
10. Forgot what I wanted to search for on the internet.
11. Email was really upsetting that I passed on the offer of an iPhone.
12. Despite being upset, must remember feeling to see through my decision.
13. Regardless of country, ironing load is never complete.
14. Didn’t have enough water today – lips are hurting.
15. Feeling even more lousy due to work errors and making me paranoid.
16. Recent purchase made me feel HORRIBLE after today.
17. I have been selfish.
18. I don’t know where all my 5 working years have gone to.
