I had to rush off right after they let us off because it was 1.10pm (I called for my shuttle to pick up at 1.10pm!) and the driver was already enquiring about me when I got to the lobby.
I didn’t really have time to unwind or to talk to anyone else or to say a proper goodbye to Mona before I left – I just HAD to. My flight was at 2.50pm and it’s about an hour away from the airport (airport further than train station)

Settling down with hot chocolate (the marshmallows didn’t cheer me up at all) and a sandwich while waiting for flight.
I rang mom and told her I didn’t feel that I did well. I told her I am worried I may have to be there again in May and this would ruin all my plans to go back to Malaysia then.
Nothing felt good at all. I just wanted to be back home in my room and sleep.

Back at Napier airport – sitting outside trying to soak some sunshine and warmth.
It was good to be back because Wellington was colder.

Everything felt so bleak and sad.
Like how this picture is.
