My senseless struggle

by FeR on August 12, 2008 in personal

Missing the point.
Lost the plot.

I did sit down at one point and thought about who am I.

Do you know what I was fussing about when I thought about that?

Blog categories, to be precise.

My achy achy feet

by FeR on August 11, 2008 in work

After only one week of absence from work, I’m slower in the dispensary (gasp!) and am not used to standing for long hours.

My feet! My legs!
Massaging does help but if I could have someone do it for me, I’m sure the aches would disappear. :P

Agh!
Stresssssssss…new stress list for August!

August 2008

  • 12th – Monthly goal, intervention, primary health care forms
  • 13th – Calculations exam
  • 18th – Ethics assignments due

今天她不开心;她也说她哭了。
不管什么年龄,女人就是会容易受到伤害。
为了什么?
男人。

Drop in temperature

by FeR on August 9, 2008 in blabs

Forecast for today – cloudy.

But I woke up to a sunny day!

…but I couldn’t feel my fingers as I put my laundry out to dry.
:pfft:

Now it’s 3°C – it’s no wonder that despite being beside the fire, I’m still feeling cold. But I’m thankful to be back here before it got cold again.
I just checked and it’s windchill in Dunedin is about -1°C at the moment.

Brrrr!!!

I’ve got the house to myself again tonight and StarWars is on TV.
:hee:

Te Mata Peak

by FeR on August 9, 2008 in out & about

I’ve never been to Havelock North and since Carmen was sending Forrest there, I followed along to have a look-see.

Before dropping Forrest off, we went up to Te Mata Peak!
What we thought was a good idea (it was sunny mah!) turned out to be too cold for us all to bear!
*brrrrrrrrrr*

Yes, it was sunny but it was also very windy (it’s the highest point around here)…you could feel the wind pushing you around.

Te Mata Peak
It was worth braving the cold for 3 minutes to capture this – it’s beautiful.
You can see the river flowing to the sea (you can see it with your naked eye there but this photo doesn’t do justice to the view)
