Monday
Kid’s Fish+Chips at SecretRecipe.
Quick notes for Monday
- Left house, dragging Surt with me, at 740am to renew passport
- Took fasting blood and urine sample at clinic – Surt still with me
- Went back to Subang to collect passport and photocopied documents at Summit (makan at Subway)
- Went for medical check but had to come back after lunch for X-Ray
- Certified documents
- Went back to clinic for X-Ray (had to do TWICE because first one unclear)
- Rushed to IMU to get GoodConduct form signed
- Went home shower and had dinner with cousins
Tuesday

Quick notes for Tuesday
- Left house past 9am this time and went for Subway at PearlPoint for breakfast!
- Drove to Putrajaya (my first time ever venturing into Putrajaya!), still dragging Surt in tow
- IMU’s “referral” was rejected! Drove all the way back to Seremban to ACS! Champion!
- Went back to WismaPutra to get “GoodGirl Cert” done – waited for about an hour and it was done!
- KFC for dinner! Forgot what else happened that day…
Wednesday

Quick notes for Wednesday
- Woke up early to call the clinic for news. No results yet.
- By the time I woke up the second time, Surt had prepared soup and a “side dish”! I have the best housemate ever!
- Went to MenaraMaxis (cancel FF), post office, photocopy more documents, buy printer’s cartridge…and don’t know what else. I remember it’s a day of many U-turns on the road
- Got a call from Santha (thought she would say my medical was ready!) to tell me about the bilirubin level and for me to go into the clinic first thing in the morning tomorrow.
Thursday
Kin San Kichi – dinner with Surt, SK, Andrew
Quick notes for Thursday
- Met with DrG at the clinic and she advised to do the test again – referred me to DrK in PMC Bangsar
- Went to PMC at about 1230pm and finally left that place with my results and report by 350pm
- Rushed back to PJ State and had to cajole Santha to prepare my medical on the spot after DrG’s review (instead of going back on Friday morning to get it)
- Went back home to shower before going to MenaraAxis’ DHL. Dropped off my documents just in time before the 7pm pick-up truck arrived.
- Dinner at Kin San Kichi as “celebration” of my visa forms being sent out
Friday
Lunch at Hajime with Surt
Quick notes for Friday
- Woke up at 7am to check on DHL delivery (online tracking)
- Waited for Surt to get up and we set off for Hajime!
- With Surt’s help, went around to buy meds for YeeJiong.
- Came back to check on the delivery again – arrived at 1129am!
- When I was preparing to play games online beside Surt in the hall, immigration called me and told me the “bad news”
- Cried while explaining to Surt (Surt, hopefully you weren’t freaked out by my crying! ) and went up to nap. It’s my way of coping with unhappiness/stress/bad news.
- Woke up and went to Julie’s place to meet up before their flight back to Amsterdam
Now it’s Saturday.
The long weekend is here but I feel indifferent because I’ve been jobless since my last day on April 11th!
