FoongKeaw actually came back for a visit. Uhmm…she’s been working in Singapore for almost a year (or was it more than a year? No wonder she didn’t come back for CNY!)…I didn’t know. And I didn’t know Gary was a Singaporean. I always assumed that he was a Johorian since they met in JB…err…right?
We met her (December 16th, Saturday) for mamak and I think we bowled Gary over, looking at the amount of food on the table when there were only three girls (Surt, OiSin and I) when they arrived. I had roti planta with a plate of mutton. Surt had naan. OiSin ordered for us all satay, sotong kangkung, fruits rojak and fried la-la. YUM!!! Well, I was hungry and I wanted to eat everything! I wanted mee goreng – so much that I influenced FoongKeaw to order it when in her mind she was thinking maggi mee goreng. Heh!

She was our head prefect in school. And guess what? I use to copy homework off her.

You get a PH and you spend it cleaning the house/doing laundry/clearing your wardrobe/cleaning your room/reorganizing your stuff/etc. *hehe*

Life at 25 is having a day off and doing chores. How fun. Pfft.

Got curtains to wash, clothes to sort out (also to wash those that I want to donate to charity – musky smelling from being in the cupboard/box for too long. I’m not like SM to take them out for airing once in a while *hehe*), room to de-clutter, clothes to iron, floor to mop, shelves to wipe, photos to put aside.

LeeYen&ChinThye’s wedding was beautiful. *sniff*
Saw PastorWinston and SisterEunice – they look the same! That’s why when JoFo drove into the church compound, first person I saw and recognized from far was PastorWinston looking at the church’s surroundings! It felt like being back in Glasgow!
Saw Ping, Hodgie, Michelle, Boon, KahYen, Yvonne – people I’ve not seen since being back from Glasgow? It’s been a looooooong time.

They got registered on CF’s birthday – sneaky fella!
Apparently he won’t forget their anniversary. Dangerous thing is that IF he forgets her birthday, he’d be in big trouble – TWICE over.
*hehe*
But I trust he would not forget!

So here’s to the first wedding of an old, school friend. Without him and his parents hospitality, where would be gather for CNY?
Who would be gracious to let us stay till early hours in the morning? We’d definitely miss him but here’s to his future together with CF! We’ve had many yum seng’s on that night to wish him a fantastic time in HongKong and also for many little Hong’s and little Fong’s.
*hehe*

First sight when we got there. Their bridal car, KahHeng as the driver. Surt gave YikKeng and I a lift there.

Picture is blur but what I wanted to capture was the welcome. Feel important lah that the bride and groom excited to see us. Right?
You don’t want to feel like just part of the crowd but really to be someone, a friend that they look forward to participate in their celebration, right?
